Quality Control During Production:

1、Exclusive use of 1:1 scale drawings for all blueprints.

2、Measurement of machining dimensions.

3、Dynamic and static balance testing of impellers.

4、100% water and electricity testing, with a minimum testing time of 120 minutes.

 

We strictly adhere to the high standards of German assembly processes, ensuring comprehensive performance testing for all products before they leave the factory. Following 2 hours or more of water and electrical testing, once all indicators are confirmed to be satisfactory, products are scheduled for painting. After painting, they undergo visual inspections. Only after passing these inspections are they packaged and shipped, guaranteeing that every item you receive is in the most impeccable condition.
