KNOWLEDGE
The excessively high water temperature inevitably causes water vaporization and evaporation, and the negative pressure conditions further exacerbate this vaporization, leading to excessive water vapor generation inside the vacuum pump. Consequently, the vacuum pump inhales an excessive amount of water vapor during suction, while minimal external air is drawn in, resulting in very low system vacuum. There are two main factors contributing to the elevated water temperature: firstly, the high supply water temperature, and secondly, the temperature rise of the water during operation.
To prevent excessive water temperature, the following measures must be taken:
1、Reduce the supply water temperature.
2、Ensure unobstructed flow in both the inlet and outlet channels of the water. Particularly, the outlet channel (the two drainage holes at the bottom of the pump body) must remain unblocked at all times, without reducing their flow area.
3、Adjust the process to minimize the working material temperature of the main unit, thereby lowering the suction temperature of the vacuum pump.
