We subject our vacuum pump impellers to dynamic and static balancing tests twice to ensure that the balance results exceed ISO G6.3 standards. Before shipment, all our vacuum pump impellers undergo 100% dimensional inspection and testing. Precision-cast impellers are available for the 2BV liquid ring vacuum pump. Our vacuum pump impellers are standardly made of cast ductile iron, with impellers available in SS304 and SS316L. For the 2BE1 series vacuum pump impellers, we use cast impellers, while for the 2BE3 series vacuum pump impellers, if stainless steel material is required, we typically use welded impellers. Confirmation is needed separately for cast impellers, and anti-corrosion coatings can be applied to the impellers.
