Closed Circulation Vacuum System consists of a liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor, a liquid-gas separator tank, a heat exchanger, instrumentation valves, internal piping, and an integral baseplate.
Overview: Liquid ring vacuum pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical and pharmaceuticals due to their working principles and structural characteristics. In normal applications, liquid ring vacuum pumps often employ a direct discharge method for the working fluid, where the discharged water from the liquid ring vacuum pump flows into a large circulation pool or is directly discharged. This supply and drainage method is convenient to connect and easy to use, and is commonly used in practical applications. However, if the medium being pumped contains organic solvents, toxic substances, etc., the use of the direct discharge method for the working fluid has the following drawbacks:
1、During the gas extraction process, the gas being extracted mixes with the working fluid in the liquid ring pump, causing the discharged water from the drainage outlet to contain some organic solvents, toxic substances, etc. The large amount of water discharged puts significant pressure on environmental protection.
2、Water containing organic solvents and toxic substances releases harmful gases, exacerbating environmental pollution.
3、Recovering the organic solvents extracted is difficult and they end up being wasted. Given the above issues, an increasing number of chemical and pharmaceutical companies are adopting closed-loop vacuum systems.
